Recently I met Tim Draayer, a really interesting guy who has a nice blog called Live Your Best Life. He's got some great healthy living tips, and other lifehacks, so I thought the readers of Make It Great! might want to know a bit about Tim, so I interviewed him via e-mail.

Favorite blog to read: That one is actually a
tough call. I started reading blogs shortly before I took up writing my
own and have a list of blogs that I look forward to reading daily. Out
of all of the blogs I read there would have to be a draw between Seth's blog and gapingvoid.
They both have a quality about them that stands out and I think its
best described as, irreverence. Make It Great! is also a good read and
is in my list of blogs.
Q: Why do you blog Tim?
A: Over the last few
years I've become increasingly aware of health and the issues
surrounding good health. Because of that, spreading the word about
being healthy has become a passion of mine and is part of the reason
that I chose to join XELR8. My initial introduction to blogging was
through an associate of mine in XELR8. I purchased a book by Robert
Scoble and Shel Isreal called 'Naked Conversations'. That book
convinced me that blogging is an asset and set out to define a blog of
my own. So in essence blogging serves two purposes for me. I can talk
about the two things I'm passionate about health, and my
business(making healthy food available to consumers), but there is a
third. I've always been a creative person. I enjoy the process of
creation and expression. Blogging is a wonderful way to express
yourself.
Q: Do you have a life mantra?
A: Absolutely! Live well and Love
Often - Treasure those that are near and dear to you, love them and you
will have lived a good life.
Q: What's your mission or your passion in life?
A: Our health is linked in
many ways to the way that we live our lives, and vice versa. Being
health is not only physical, its a state of mind(your mental health -
inner self is just as important as the outside). My hope is that by
blogging I can place the resources and tools before people so that they
can make informed choices concerning health and wellness.
