Surround Yourself With GREAT People!

Over at the Blog Synergy, I'm leading this month's discussion, and I kicked it off with this article: Unleash the Power of We to Achieve Your Goals.

The biggest question I have for this month is "Who can you surround yourself with that can help you achieve GREAT things in the rest of 2006?" If you are willing to surround yourself with GREAT people, you can do GREAT things! I believe this so strongly, I wrote an entire chapter on this in my book 10 Ways to Make It Great!: Surround Yourself With Those Who Can Help You.

3 next steps for you:

  • Read, and comment on, this month's essay over at Synergy.
  • Don't forget to read the comments!
  • Get ready for a GREAT second half of 2006!
This month, I'll be re-doing my blog and focusing on those people who have helped me Make It Great! Personally, I'll also be reviewing each of my goals for 2006, and thinking about what I REALLY want to achieve for the rest of my life.

Make it a great day!
Phil

Hi Phil,
How true this is! Success breeds success. Connecting with successful people helps us to tap into the energy of success. I know when I connect with successful people it is very motivating and helps me stay on focus to achieve my goals. Congrats on your book! What a great accomplishment!

Hi Phil...I couldn't agree more as there is truth in the old axiom "talent begets talent."

For more insight into the qualitative value of talent feel free to check out http://www.n2growth.com/blog/?postid=34 where you can see How To Win The War For Talent...

Great reminder, Phil -- thank you!! This is one of the key principles I learned during my coach training. It truly is important to surround yourself with quality people...people you admire and can learn from. Those are the folks that you want on your mastermind team, as they will support and often guide you in becoming the very best you can be.

Take care!

Pam
