Build Buzz, Get a Free Book: Please blog for books
I just finished reading Ben Yoskovitz's personal challenge to do all 57 of the challenges found in the wonderful book Buzzoodle Buzz Marketing. If anyone can do this, it's Ben Yoskovitz. He's a marketing machine, and has got a ton of energy and enthusiasm. Good luck Ben!
Ron McDaniel is the author of Buzzoodle Buzz Marketing, and he left a comment challenging me to "give away a copy of my book every month until your hands fall off and you have to stop blogging" so I'm going to do my best to give a few copies of these pocket marketing guides away to you, my loyal readers. One copy will be given away in January, one in early February, and possibly more as I have a few extra copies to share.
So what's the contest?
How can YOU win a copy Buzzoodle Buzz Marketing? I'll make this very easy for you, and give you 2 easy steps.
1) Leave a comment at any blog you read that you've never a comment at. Add value to the post in some way, even if it's just an encouraging "You're doing a great job and I appreciate your writing," you can help encourage someone to keep blogging. BONUS points if you leave a comment on a post that doesn't normally get many comments.
2) Come back here and leave a comment, with a link to where you left your comment.
That's it.
Now go out, create some buzz, and make it great! If you need more ideas on how to create buzz, be sure to check out Ron McDaniel's Buzzoodle blog.
[Phil Gerbyshak intends to give it away until he's got no more. That could be a LONG time.]

You got me all inspired and I've been all over the blogosphere today.
The first place I went, Business Mum's Network, had thrown out a challenge to soem new and practised bloggers to get them blogging more. It was very inspiring and ended with me heading off to write on my own. But before then I went to a few and left some comments

OK Chris, you are AMAZING! You definitely deserve a book for sharing the comment love. Well done!
Kavit - thanks for weighing in. Love your comment, and I'm looking forward to seeing Pursuit of Happyness too. (NOTE: Chris Gardner, the lead character in the movie, is from where I live, Milwaukee. Very nifty!)
Thanks for weighing in Sam. I enjoy your comment, and think it's neat that you commented on a post somewhere else in the blogosphere that I was mentioned.
I'm working on getting more books from Ron, so we'll see how many I can give away. I may give away other books for more comments, so please, keep sharing!
