Easton Ellsworth wants to help you improve your blog. He's created a new program called SOAP (for Scratch One Another Program) where we can help each other make our blogs better. All you have to do is fill out a 1 minute questionnaire, and off you go.
Some of the suggestions I've gotten in the past on how to improve my blog, I've implemented already (like adding a bigger RSS button on the left hand side, making my newsletter sign-up more obvious, adding category clouds, creating a blog header instead of just words, to name a few) and some I am still working on.
I signed up for this program to help out where I can. I also am kicking around the idea of starting a new beginning bloggers blog, with just 1 or 2 posts a week, where I can help newbie bloggers make their blogs better. If you're interested in something like that, leave a comment below.
If you're a more experienced blogger, I'd encourage you to complete the 1 minute questionnaire and get SOAPy or feel free to tell me how I can make this a better blog. I'm all ears :)

I say go for it, Phil! You could even just let readers ask you questions and field them on such a blog. Sort of like Ask Dave Taylor (http://www.askdavetaylor.com/), but even more focused on blogging. I'm sure whatever you decide to do, people will be interested in what you have to say.
SOAP is nearing about 90 people so far - I really think it will make 100 by month's end. Not sure where to take it from there, but if anyone has ideas, I'm all ears. Thanks for the plug, Phil.

Great idea on the beginning bloggers blog. Let me know if you'd like some help as that's right up my alley.
