20 Questions: Monday Morning Greatness
6 months of the year are gone, and it's time for a mid-year review. I'm going to grab my calendar and my notebook, and get this done this week. I encourage you to use this to start thinking about your mid-year review.
3 areas of importance for me are People, Learning, and Time Management, with a 4th section being general questions.
Here's some questions I'm going to ask myself for my mid-year review. If these are 3 areas that are important to you, I encourage you to ask yourself these as well. Obviously, answering here optional. This is for you, and for me.
20 Questions

- Who did I invest the least amount of time on?
- How much time did I invest in my personal growth and what did I do?
- Is this congruent with who I say are the most important people in my life/job?
- How can I better align the second half of 2007 to be more congruent?

Hey Phil, thanks for the reminder that it's time to do a mid-year check. It is easy to get so caught up in our daily habits that we forget to evaluate whether or not we have strayed off path.
