I've been working on a few things outside of Make It Great! that I thought you'd be interested in learning more about and hopefully getting involved with. I post them here to show you that if you put it out there that you want something (I've told you numerous times I want to be doing my own thing full time), the Universe will come through and give you opportunities, you just have to take them. If I can do this, you too can achieve YOUR goal and dreams!
Here's how I'm starting 2008 by Making It Great!
1) I'm doing a teleseminar with the Reach Branding Club, helping folks get their year off to a GREAT start! You can read what the Career Goddess has to say about it.
How you can get involved: Sign up for the call and join me to learn about how to start your year off right by making it great in 2008!
2) I'm getting involved with a new company called MinuteFix. I learned about this company thanks to my involvement with SOBCon, as the co-founder of MinuteFix (Diego Orjuela) was another presenter. You can read about what I'm doing with MinuteFix.
How you can get involved: If you're tech savvy, you can sign up at MinuteFix and be one of our technicians.
3) I'm writing management and productivity articles 3 days a week at Slacker Manager, along with David Zinger writing 3 per day. If you're looking to be a better manager, or be more productive, then I encourage you to check out Slacker Manager.

How you can get involved: Subscribe to the Slacker Manager feed, or just come visit Slacker Manager and take part in the conversation.
That's 3 fun things I'm doing in 2008 to Make It Great!
What about you? How are you Making It Great in 2008?
Share your new projects below so we can support each other this year!

I'm partnering with Greg Balanko-Dickson to create the "missing manual" on business blogging, called Gateway Blogging (http://gatewayblogging.com). The goal of this project is to craft a book and develop a learnable system. We're creating this out in the open, right on the blog, so anyone's feedback and participation are welcome. See you there!
PS - great idea for a post, Phil!

Hey Phil,
This month I am writing a weight loss series, doing 2 interviews with people I network with about who they are and how others might utilize my services and working individually with clients who want to detoxify. I am also speaking this week. Topic: Business is personal.

I'm thrilled to be introducing you to the Reach Branding Club via your Make It Great! in 2008 teleseminar on Thursday 1/17. Your presentation for the Brand You World Personal Branding Summit (www.personalbrandingsummit.com) last November was superb!
For me 2008 will be a stellar year - I am co-authoring a book (Job Search Bloopers which is due out in August). This is my first book and I am so excited, but also quaking with fear. So, 2008 seems to be shaping up as a year for major risk-taking. Who knows! Maybe I'll even do a YouTube video!

Susan - I am thrilled to be intro'd by you too, and I look forward to meeting you in person one way or another in 2008!
Take a risk, and make it great!
