Private Beta: MinuteFix
I've mentioned in brief a few times the company I am working at called MinuteFix where I serve as the Customer Experience Officer, focusing on helping our technicians be as amazing at the customer experience as possible. If you don't remember who we are or what we do, here's a little more background information.
MinuteFix offers a completely new way to get tech support, and for a limited time, we will be opening the site to private beta testers providing free tech support during our testing period. If you are interested in testing a new hot product, and getting some free help with your computer, go sign up at www.minutefix.com.
Private Beta: 3 reasons to take us for a spin
1) We're community powered - Everyone on our MinuteFix team gets the community aspect of technology, and wants to help YOU and get to know YOU and your needs. We have weekly calls of our board and our technicians. of experts,
2) We will be available ALL THE TIME! - MinuteFix lets you get answers and help for any computer-related
problem, at any time.
3) It's super easy! - You're not a techie. We are. You work with us, and we help you.
So head over to www.minutefix.com and sign up. I'd LOVE to hear your feedback on your experience, good bad or otherwise. Plus, you might just get one of those nagging issues your computer has been doing fixed!

Hey there, Phil, MinuteFix sounds like a terrific idea. Will it serve Mac users?
Thanks!

Great idea! Suggest you fix your web site certificate. It's kind of weird to be the
"tech expert" and my browser is throwing out warnings when I access it. Best of luck.
