Attitude Vitamins: Smile for No Reason
Smile for no reason
My experience finds 80% of the people won't know why you're smiling, and you'll annoy the crap out of them, but you'll make yourself feel great! This week, smile for no reason at 5 or more people every day.
About Attitude Vitamins
I've been kicking around is a series of posts called Attitude Vitamins, because the longer I live, the more I realize that what I put in my head is what comes out of my mouth, and what I spend my time on. I'm busy (you are too) and I'm always on the lookout for quick ways to change my attitude when I am feeling like not making it great.
I decided to call these Attitude Vitamins because they work best when they are taken daily, in just the right dosage...Of course that varies for each person.
What might be the perfect dosage for me might not work at all for you. So vary the frequency, vary the dosage, heck even vary the vitamin. Whatever you do, do something each day to improve your attitude.
I'm going to write a vitamin a week to share with you. I'd welcome your submissions by leaving me a comments or by sending me an email to makeitgreat@gmail.com anytime. If I use your submission, I promise to give you proper credit (just tell me how to credit you). The only rule is this: there are no rules!

Love the post Phil!
Here are a few vitamins to add:
Vitamin A: ADD a positive comment to the ideas of three people you listen to today.
Vitamin C: CALL an old friend or relative and have a chat.
Vitamin D: DECIDE the first moment that your feet hit the ground when you get out of bed that you are going to make today a great day.
Cheers,
Steve

Dear Phil -
I agree! Smile at your postal carrier, the kid who bags your groceies. Everyone but ominous looking strangers!
I take vitamins every day. Can't wait for your next dosage!

It is amazing how a smile not only improves the lives of those around you, but it dramatically improves your life as well because it releases endorphins in your brain plus you feel better because you made someone else feel better. It's a win/win situation.

Nice idea, man. It turns out that I produce an over-abundance of Vitamin 'J'.
The effect is similar to Viagra, in that people just think you're a big d*ck...

Thanks for sharing your vitamins Steve. I love them!
Corinne - I say even smile at ominous looking strangers. But then run away!
Jennifer - win-win. I LOVE IT!
J - Not sure if your comment made me smile or gave me concern, but thanks for stopping by either way!
