One Minute Affirmations: Attitude Vitamins

Spend a few minutes with some one minute affirmations, over at ipopin.com for just $.99. Under a buck, and you can change your mood with just 1 ipopin. One of my favorites is on the (you guessed it) attitude section, that says "I choose to create a great day!" You can sample the attitude affirmations before you buy them.

You could also create your own by thinking about affirmations that make you feel a little better, a little stronger.

A great source for positive affirmations is the Think Positive! Blog, hosted by my friend Dr. Kirsten Harrell.

Here's a positive thought for my week:

I'm doing what I need to be doing to achieve my greatest goal.

What's your thought for the week?

Hey Phil,
Thanks for the positive feedback and links! Reading this post was a GREAT part of my morning!

Keeping our thoughts positive helps us reach our goals. I like to say: positive thoughts lead to positive actions. Positive actions lead to positive outcomes. It all starts with a thought. Affirmations help focus our thoughts like laser beams.

Thanks again Phil!

This was a great post for me to find on a Monday. I love the idea of attitude vitamins. :) I'd have to say that my thought for the week is... I am making the changes I need to be able to live what I love. Thanks for the good energy.
