Say Thank You: Attitude Vitamin
This week's Attitude Vitamin is simple: Say thank you to someone who did something nice for you.
This week I'd like to thank Efrain Mendicuti. Ef shared my book with his readers in a great article about Dreaming Big Dreams on his blog The Daily Stuff and the Not So. Not only did Ef share my book, he did a great job of adding more insights into the chapter he pulled out, and really made the chapter even more rich.
Thanks Ef!
Another great way to say thank you is by writing a thank you note to someone who has made a difference in your life.
Thank you's Make It Great! and can be an excellent attitude vitamin. Take 1 attitude vitamin each day and your attitude will improve...or your money back :)
YOUR TURN: What are YOUR favorite recommendations for attitude vitamins? Last week's attitude vitamin (smile for no reason) got some great feedback. What will you share this week? I've got a few more weeks worth of ideas, and I'll sprinkle in your suggestions from time to time as well. Just leave me a comment (with a valid URL so I can give you some link love/credit) or send me an e-mail and I'll share your attitude vitamins with the Make It Great! audience.

Thank you, Phil, for all the cool things you do! Rock on!

My attitude vitamin would probably be a smile (but you've already used that one). Thank you's and smiles take you a long way!
Even on a simple phone conversation, if you stand up and walk around with a smile on your face, that energy grabs a hold of the person on the other line. Don't believe me? Try it! It really does work.

Phil!
I love the attitude vitamin! Here's one I do at least once a month. Let someone get in front of you at the post office, grocery store or other line. Just say you're building up karma and you'd love to let them get in front. It's fun, painless and makes one smile!
Thanks for doing such a smiling blog too!

Saying "thank you" is huge, but only if it is sincere. A true spirit of gratitude, I'm convinced, is one of, if not the key ingredient for real happiness.
