Vitamin B Happy

Karen Hanrahan shared all about her favorite Attitude Vitamin, Vitamin B (happy). It's interesting how real vitamins can affect our attitude, in ways I never thought of.

Karen had a ton of things Vitamin B does for the body, and I'll share 3 of my favorites.

  • B Vitamins convert food to energy.
  • B Vitamins redistribute fat and convert fat to energy.
  • B Vitamins help produce protective antibodies.

Go read more about all the great stuff Vitamin B (happy) can do for you!

Super exciting for me is I get to meet Karen this week at SOBCon in Chicago. Are you going to SOBCon? If so, let's make time to connect in Chicago. Call my cell at 414-640-7445 and let's make time to get together. I think I'll be in late Thursday night, and leaving sometime Sunday to make it back to Milwaukee before bedtime Sunday night. So call me and let's make it great in person!

The supplements industry really is the wild, wild west. Anyone can claim anything.

B vitamins also work great for horses too :)

Martin - I agree, it's not a perfect science. Still, for some, it works great. Attitude Vitamins are like that.

GP - Cool to hear everything and everyone could benefit from an Attitude Vitamin. Hooray!
