(Re)Connect with Old Friends: Attitude Vitamin
I spent the last weekend in Chicago with many of my blog buddies at SOBCon. Such was the case with Colleen "Communicatrix" Wainwright and Adam "Monk at Work" Kayce.
I met Adam last year, and this is the first time I got to meet Colleen in person. Colleen, Becky McCray, Chris Brogan, and Jon Swanson (with a few others) starred on the Great Big Small Business Show many moons ago, so meeting all of them in 1 place was quite a rush for me.
Have you got any old friends you need to (re)connect with? If you're feeling down, pick up the phone this Monday morning and say hi to an old friend...even if you've never met them in person before.

"Attitude Vitamin" is exactly the phrase! What an infusion of energy it was to meet you in person, Phil. I hope the next meetup is SOON!!!

You bet - attitude vitamins are vital - and what a better way to improve our outlook/attitude than to connect with positive, enthusiastic people like the ones from SOBCon08??

Phil,
What great advice to connect with old friends! I've got several I've lost touch with. Friends are among the very most important things in our lives!! Thanks for the reminder.

Picking up the phone to say "hey" is probably something I should do a little bit more. I use LinkedIn to reconnect with old colleagues or connections I've made at a Presentation or Convention but have you ever noticed that your contacts might now use LinkedIn as much as you do?

Hey Phil. Was great to reconnect with you. Sort of wondering to myself how we let so much time go by without chatting. Looking forward to not letting too much time go by over the next year.
And good luck on the changes and future plans. Let me know as I can help.
